Elite, the hugely successful Netflix TV series, is set to get a new season.
The Spanish teen drama returns to Netflix on Nov. 18 with its sixth season.
The series tells the story of a group of teenage boys and touches on some social issues, such as economic inequality, crime, drug addiction, HIV, racism and many others.

The TV series Élite was filmed in Spain, in the city of Madrid and in the municipality of San Lorenzo de El Escorial. The exteriors of Las Encinas, on the other hand, are shot in the municipality of Villaviciosa de Odón, specifically on the campus of Universidad Europea de Madrid, a private university.
Élite is the second Netflix original series, following "The Switchboard Girls (original title Las chicas del cable)," which debuted on the platform on April 28, 2017: about a year and a half before the first season of Élite.
The first season of Élite broke all binge watching records in Spain.
The creators of the series said they found inspiration for Élite in some American TV series such as Gossip Girl, Riverdale, Breaking Bad and Shameless.
